Advanced implant surgery with focus on sinus lift and minor bone grafting procedures (international course)
This course is an excellent choice if you have experience in conventional implant surgery and an interest in advanced surgical techniques. Sinus lift and onlay bone grafting procedures are the main focuses. Lecturers and live surgery, with the opportunity to assist, will illustrate the different techniques available to enhance the bone volume. Implant installations in bone-grafted cases will also be demonstrated. Clinical and experimental studies on various bone grafting procedures will be presented and discussed.
